Our HO scale kit SSM-010 depicts the New Erie Café which once stood on Track Road, adjacent to the Erie Railroad’s E. 55th Street station, in Cleveland , Ohio . Based on a 1968 photo found on p. 120 of “Erie Railroad Facilities, Vol. 3, in Color” by Bob Yanosey, we found this unique structure to be an irresistible way to start off our product line. Our kit includes laser-cut basswood siding, floor and roof and micro-plywood storefront; Tichy doors and windows; laser-cut acrylic window glazing and sidewalk; cast-resin diner seating, vents and other interior details; scene details by Bowser, Tichy and Stella; full-color signage, curtains, newspapers and boxes; plus comprehensive assembly and weathering instructions.
The New Erie Café footprint is 4.25" x 6.5"
