We are pleased to announce our next kit, Ewart & Lake, kit #SSM-050. Ewart & Lake is based on a feed mill that once stood in Greigsville , NY on the Lackawanna Railroad’s mainline to Buffalo . Our rendition of Ewart & Lake was inspired by a period photo posted on the Town of York [NY] Historical Society’s website, and we are indebted to them for their assistance in researching this unique structure and business. Sadly, the structure burned in 1972 and was razed not long thereafter. But you can recreate the glory days of this important turn-of-the-century farmer’s outlet with our HO scale kit.

Ewart & Lake is comprised of laser-cut walls, doors and roof panels, Tichy windows and details, our laser-cut acrylic window glazing sized to fit the Tichy windows precisely, a Jordan Products buckboard and horse, fantastic color signs and our comprehensive instructions and templates, plus a special page devoted to the history of Ewart & Lake. The structure footprint is approximately 5 x 7 inches, not including two loading docks. Figures, scenery and cargo wagon & team not included.
